Mandy lives in North Texas where she tries hard to break all of the rules of gardening. She raises 5 kids on 4 acres with her husband and an old tractor named Albert Mario Farmall. She tries to grow record-breaking (in her own world) amounts of tomatoes and has a very strange obsession with fermented foods of all kinds. Coffee is her fuel because the kids drank all of her kombucha. Mandy's current growing project is creating an elderberry orchard!
