Some rust, one broken weld, but the real perk is having garden supplies shipped to your door

Some rust, one broken weld, but the real perk is having garden supplies shipped to your door
We chose to purchase these online not because the price was good, but because of the convenience of having gardening supplies shipped to your home. I have purchased similar support cages in the past, and both the price and quality were better in-store than what I received with this shipment. But I consider myself an informed consumer, in that the reviews for this product were very clear on the pros and cons, so I expected a few broken welds and some rust.In those areas, I was not disappointed. Most of the welds had signs of rust, but only 1 out of ten support cages actually had a broken weld. Since the broken welds more or less still retain their relative shape and strength, I have no objection to using them for my pepper and tomato plants. After a few years all plant support cages will eventually succumb to rust and breakage. For anyone interested in re-galvinizing their supports, there are numerous places online where you can find instruction on the process. The only reason there is rust on these supports is because the separate pieces were galvinezed prior to being welded, where the welding should have come first and the galvanization last. That would be a lingering comment for the manufacturer-reverse the process and you will improve your customer satisfaction.
